Mom & Dad took Alan & me to the Detroit Zoo for the very first time! I loved seeing all the animals.

Mom & Dad decided to close up the pool for the year. Since it’s about 4 years old and had a slow leak, Daddy had some fun and took a garden hoe & a baseball bat to it. Here is the aftermath!
Looks like we may get a new one next summer!
Mommy and I spent the morning at the Flint Children's Museum with friends. It was my first time there, and I had so much fun at all the exhibits. My favorites were the dress-up area and the grocery store!
Here I am with Christopher and Olivia putting on a show! We had a lot of fun putting on the costumes!
I loved the grocery store! Here I am putting a watermelon in my shopping cart. Notice how I’m still wearing the princess dress?! Mommy had a hard time getting me out of it, but reminded me that I had to share it with the other little girls at the museum!
I got out of Mom’s sight for a split second, and here is where she found me – in the toddler area working on a puzzle!
We all had a lot of fun on the fire truck! We even got to put on mini fire jackets & helmets. Here I am driving the engine to put out the fire!
Mom really liked this music room. Every time we stepped on a yellow dot, we would play a musical note. All of us running around in there sure created a masterpiece! (Or just a lot of noise!) Here I am with my friends Liam, Ashlyn, and Christopher.
After lunch, I was back exploring again. I found a camping room with a tent, boat, and this campfire.
The museum was a lot of fun & we can’t wait to go back & take Daddy!
This was Back to the Bricks week in Flint. A lot of cars came into town to drive up & down the road this year! Sounds pretty boring to me, but I enjoyed watching the hot rods and getting treats, too!
Here are just a few of the thousands of cars that we saw over the event:
Eating ice cream while watching the cruise!
Mom tied a streamer in my hair just like some bigger girls I saw!
While I admit that I make my fair share of messes around the house, I do take time to help Mom clean! Here I am helping sweep the kitchen before she mopped.
Daddy went golfing today with the boys, so Mom and I got to hang out. She helped me make some yummy brownies!!! It didn’t get too messy, and the brownies were delicious!!
Stirring the chocolate…
Mmmm…Just right!!!
