On the 4th of July, we drove over to Petoskey to watch the fireworks. While we were waiting for it to get dark, I used a bench as a stage and Mom’s shoes to put on a tap dance show for everyone!

We had fun ooh-ing & aah-ing at the show! I liked the really loud ones the best!!
On Saturday, we went drove to Traverse City for the Cherry Festival. We got there just in time to watch the Blue Angels. It was really hot, but we had a lot of fun watching the planes fly over us!
After we watched the air show, we got to play at the carnival and ride some rides!
After riding some rides, we walked down to the river to relax and cool off. Some kids were feeding the ducks, and I sat down to watch. It felt good to splash my feet in the cool water!
We got a chance to go up north for the 4th of July holiday! It’s so nice to go up and relax up there & it’s so beautiful!

Mom, Dad, and I went downtown to the farmer’s market. We got some fresh steak and lots of fruits and veggies. I loved sampling the watermelon!
After we shopped, we ate some yummy BBQ at one of the vendors’ tents, and had some fresh-squeezed lemonade!

Mom, Aunt Becca, and I did some shopping for a birthday party today. After we were done, we had lunch at Red Robin.

Mom & Dad finally planted some flowers on & around the front porch. I really like to help water them!
We met the Holt’s in Flushing to watch the parade. I had a lot of fun with my friends, and got a TON of candy!! It was a beautiful day for a parade!
