Circus with the Holt’s
The Shrine Circus was in town, and we went with the Holt’s. It was a lot of fun, even though it seemed each kid took their turn being grumpy! We saw lots of clowns, lions, elephants. horses, and acrobats, but our favorite act was the silly pigs! Later, we got to even snack on some popcorn and cotton candy! It was a lot of fun with good friends!

Saginaw Children’s Museum with the Pelton’s
Happy New Year!!
Mom starts her new job at the hospital soon, so we decided to have a play date with The Pelton’s while we still had time together. We visited the Mid Michigan Children's Museum in Saginaw. We had a lot of fun, and got to explore a lot of new things!
I really liked the huge water table. I love to play in the water!
Here is Mallory and me peeking through a bubble in the water table!!
I got to go inside a giant mouth, with huge teeth, and a big tongue!
I practiced milking a cow!
We all tried on glasses. Some were cute, and some were really silly!
I showed Mom & Dad how good I am getting at writing my name on the chalk table!
We got to make a craft project. Mommy helped…a little.
The museum brought in a pool filled with sand! I could have played in here for hours!
Mom even got in on the fun when she tried to hula-hoop. She wasn’t very good at it, but she claims she once was when she was little!!
We had a great time at the museum! After we left, it was definitely time for a nap!!

Good-bye 2010!
Dearest Family and Friends,
As we near the end of 2010, we can hardly control the excitement of what 2011 has in store for us! We stayed very busy this year with work and school, and are ready for what comes next! Here is a little of what we’ve been up to this year:
Shannon works hard for all of us! He continues to drive to Saginaw, and we really enjoy our evenings and weekends together, especially, now that studying and homework aren’t involved!
Gabrielle graduated from her nursing program this month! It is a very exciting time for us! She was offered positions at two area hospitals, and will begin her career as a nurse on January 18th for a position in cardiac critical care.
Anna turned 3 this year, and is full of personality! We love watching her blossom from a toddler into a child! Anna started school at the Early Childhood Development Center. It is a perfect fit for her! She continues to learn and impress her teachers every day! It has been very convenient to have her at the University while Gabrielle has been finishing classes.
We have been blessed with good health this year, and we hope to continue the trend! We can’t wait to share 2011 with you, and hope to have many exciting updates! Take care and have a wonderful new year!
Love,
Shannon, Gabrielle, and Anna Weston

Christmas 2010
Christmas 2010 came upon us fast & furious this year, especially with all the craziness of Mom’s graduation. It sure was exciting, though! Mom & I spent most of Christmas Eve Day tracking Santa on the computer! It was very fun!
On Christmas Eve, we went over to Aunt Korey’s house for dinner. When we got home, I got to open one present…
~ my Christmas PJ’s!
After putting on my new pajamas, Daddy read The Night Before Christmas to me. I was more interested in the story this year than I was last year!
On Christmas morning, I slept in until after 9:00! Mom & Dad were thankful, but also a little bit surprised! They laughed when they heard my feet run past their bedroom into the living room!
Here I am opening some of my presents:
A set of Disney Princess Barbie Dolls!
A Beauty & The Beast play set!
All tired out from opening so many gifts!
After we ate a nice Christmas breakfast, we all got ready & went to Grandma & Grandpa’s house. We had a lot of fun with the family opening more gifts and playing!
It was a very Merry Christmas!!
